As the name suggests, this trainer can be used for many different exercises. The variety of exercises can even be expanded by using it in combination with other training equipment. It is primarily about exercises with your own body weight. A total of over 100 different exercises for all major muscle groups can be performed. An overview of many basic exercises is included in the package.

Stable frame
The stable steel frame ensures sufficient safety during training, so that you can easily lean your entire body weight on the Taurus Multifunctional Trainer. The rubberised, non-slip handles provide additional support during the workout. Non-slip feet and floor protectors keep the trainer in place and protect the floor underneath.
A simple and space-saving training device
Despite the stable structural components and a maximum user weight of 150 kg, the Taurus Multifunctional Trainer is very light at 3 kg per bar. The two training bars can also be easily stowed away after the workout to save space. The construction of the two bars is also simple and intuitive.
