The Taurus forearm trainer Pro offers an effective training of forearm muscles. Special muscle groups of the forearms are trained by rolling the rope up and down around the bar. The removable bar can be individually loaded with weights - for an individual training at any time. Due to its small size, the forearm trainer fits in every drawer and can be stored space-efficiently.

Le produit a été livré très rapidement. Il correspond tout à fait à ce que j'attendais. Son utilisation est aisée, son efficacité grandement satisfaisante. On sent tout de suite les avant-bras s'échauffer. Les poignées sont très confortanles. Bref, pour moi, 10/10 !
