A core trainer, a.k.a. landmine, is a versatile training tool for performing exercises that allows for angular movements and helps you build a stronger back, abs and upper body. Just insert a barbell bar into the tube and you can do dynamic press, pull or rotation movements with a maximum range of motion and pivot vertically and horizontally around the Taurus Core Trainer | Landmine Press. The forces acting on your body require you to activate your stabilising muscles. Landmine exercises are excellent for working your back, abs, and hips. Having strong core muscles is a basic requirement for many everyday activities and is necessary for a number of full-body compound exercises.

In contrast to many conventional core trainers, the Taurus Core Trainer | Landmine allows you to use either a 30-mm or a 50-mm barbell. The base of the Taurus Core Trainer | Landmine can be weighed down with additional weights to offer a safe and sturdy anchor even when training with heavier weights. By attaching the included handle to the far end of the barbell, you can do two-handed exercises like the popular T-bar row, one of the most effective strength exercises for building strong and well-toned back muscles.
