Alongside the natural wood colours, there are two more stained, darker wood versions available with Club and Shadow. With all wood types, the rings are manufactured from multiplex-wood, stained black and they feel like sculptured hand rests.
Training with the NOHRD Sling suspension training sling demands use of almost all muscles. It strengthens both strength and endurance, as well as mobility in a functional manner. The rope length is variably adjustable thanks to the comfortable mechanism.
You can simply attach the sling trainer directly to the ceiling using the metal eyelets. The material to fix the trainer is included in the scope of delivery.
