The so called "Gym Rings" are made of sturdy and stylish birch wood and are available in two different colours. The fixation straps make different exercises, i.e. chin-ups, dips, and push-ups, possible. The gymnastics rings can be easily mounted on wall bars, chin-up bars or power racks.
