Ces crochets de tirage tiennent bien en place sur les poignets, sont rapide à scratcher et leur résistance max de 100kg est largement suffisante pour moi.
Je recommande cet achat pour s'entraîner au delà de la résistance des mains qui lâchent (ceux qui s'entraînent comprennent).
