Description: Bodycraft cable pull

Cable pulls are frequently and willingly used alternatives for classic multi-gyms at physiotherapy practices and at home. They only require small space, but still offer a very great range of movement and an excellent adjustability. The Bodycraft cable pull combines these general advantages with an excellent stability and a very attracting design.

Small required space, great range of exercises: the Bodycraft cable pull tower

The Bodycraft cable pull is an outstanding multi-gym of versatile use, which is of only minimum set-up dimensions of approximately ¼ square metres. Cable pull modules make almost the whole range of exercises possible - either for pull as well as for push exercises.

The cable pull module is equipped with two pulleys. Hence you can do the exercises either with one hand or with both hands (for instance, butterflies). As the pulleys are equipped with carabiner hooks, other strength handles or pulling supports can be used. Hence you can very effectively train your back muscles by doing a rowing movement with a parallel pulling handle. Using a triceps rope, you can effectively strengthen your biceps and triceps. The equipment with carabiner hooks provides another advantage: Both cable pulls can be combined with each other as well. That's how you redouble the resistance.

Many movement possibilities - full range of motion

Both pulleys/cable pulls are swivelling by 180°. Hence the full range of motion can be used for all exercises. The muscles can be trained via the way of movement and the training gets effective to the maximum. The cable pull module can be adjusted 32 times in height - Exercises in the sitting position are possible as well as overhead exercises, biceps curls in the standing position or triceps training as well.

Habe mir vor ein paar Monaten die Station zugelegt. Der Aufbau war in einer Stunde getan, bei guter Vorbereitung. Bin sehr zufrieden, Qualität ist super und in Benutzung genau das was ich gesucht habe. Zu empfehlen ????????

Muy buen aparato de poleas, funcionamiento muy suave y da mucho juego. en mi caso es para uso doméstico pero sirve para centros de rehabilitación perfectamente. la relación 4.1 muy acertada, yo escogí el kit pesas adicional hasta 90kg y me parece un acierto. no se necesita en muchos de los ejercicios que se realizan pero si en otros y más aún si vas aumentando de nivel, también en el mercado de segunda mano (que no creo que sea el mio) es un valor añadido. el aparato está bien pensado y bien fabricado, el diseño acertado, no se puede pedir más, en cuanto al proveedor Fitshop, la información es muy correcta y el envío a España dentro del plazo razonable, lo recomiendo totalmente. En cuanto al montaje instrucciones vienen en ingles y Alemán, pero los dibujos están muy bien explicados y si sabes coger una llave inglesa y una llave allen no tendrás problemas. saludos al equipo de Fitshop!... Ich bin mit dem Turm sehr zufrieden. Habe ich angeschafft für Reha Übungen insbesondere für Rücken und Schultern. Man kann aber auch viele Ganzkörper Übungen mit ihm machen. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, annähernd Studio Qualität. Da wackelt nichts und die Führungen für Kabel, Gewicht und Umlenkrollen laufen sauber und einwandfrei. Montage hat sehr gut funktioniert, die Einzelteile sind passgenau. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis bewerte ich als sehr gut. Uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung. ... Lieferung, das Gewicht der Pakete, der Aufbau waren alles einfache Schritte. Das Gerät selbst ist sehr wertig und gut. Einzig, dass die Nummerierung auf die Gewichte selbst geklebt werden muss, ist nervig.
