Due to this, a much smaller diameter is needed in order to achieve an ergonomic axis angle. The balls circumference can be varied in size (55cm to 65cm) due to internal pressure. The Togu ABS Powerball Challenge has a grooved surface which provides great grip and it is particularly suitable for competitive sports, strength training and sports physiotherapy.

Der gekaufte Gymnastikball wird von meinem Mann (105 kg)genutzt, der jetzt nach seiner Reha auch gerne Zuhause trainieren möchte. Das Produkt ist sehr gut verarbeitet und unser Billig-Ball ist nun zur Dekoration degradiert. Übungen lassen sich gezielter ausführen. Preis - Leistung ist demnach völlig in Ordnung. Ich empfehle das Produkt mit gutem Gewissen weiter
