The Taurus Slam Ball has an extremely resistant surface made of hygienic PVC and is suitable for all slam and throwing movements. Its filling made of a sand mix ensures that the slam ball does not bounce back but remains lying. Complex, functional exercises for strength, flexibility, and cardio become more challenging and more effective. Even for extreme slamming/throwing, neither the slam ball nor the floor are damaged.

How does a Taurus slam ball work?

Complex movements are done with the slam ball: The ball is thrown with different balls on the floor or against a wall. It might a throw from a squat, an overhead throw or a throw from a spin. Flexibility, strength, cardio, explosiveness are trained and quickly improved. The ball remains lying on the floor, that means lifting it becomes a part of the Functional Training – for instance, by lifting with a squat.
