The Z9 Pro comes with a real road bike saddle, but you can of course swap the saddle for your own. The seating position can be adjusted perfectly. Indoor Cycle with Watt Control and Fixed Hub

The Taurus Racing Z9 Series Bikes are the only exercise bikes with a fixed hub (no freewheel) AND electronic resistance adjustment. The Z9 Pro therefore combines the classic Indoor Cycle from the course room with the ergometer from the fitness room. Thanks to the electronic resistance adjustment, it is better possible to control your own workout and document your progress. The rigid or fixed hub offers the advantage of a rounder run and also brings other training-relevant advantages (e.g. for training with high cadence).

Console with device pairing for control via apps

You can conveniently change all settings via the small, clearly arranged console. You can use the Watt programme or one of the ready-made profile programmes. Besides that, the console allows for device pairing to connect the Z9 Pro with the apps iConsole+ Training and Kinomap. With this you can retrace the filmed routes of other users. When it's wet and grey outside, just choose a videoed route from Hawaii.

ZWIFT-compatible : The Taurus Indoor Cycle Racing Bike Z9 Pro can also be used with the ZWIFT app from year of construction 2021: you set the resistance level on the display as usual, with speed and power then being simulated in the ZWIFT app.
With ZWIFT, the simulated speed is calculated from your power (resistance level and cadence). If there are inclines on the map, the resistance level is not changed, but the simulated speed is. So when the map is going uphill, you have to pedal a little faster to maintain the simulated speed.

Device pairing function for use with apps

All functions and programmes for the Taurus Indoor Cycle Racing Bike Z9 Pro can be selected using the clearly structured console. In addition, this also has a device pairing transmitter. Through this you can connect your smartphone or tablet to the Indoor Cycle if your mobile device is compatible.

There are several apps available for free download that you can use to control your new fitness device. This includes, for example, the fitness app iConsole+ Training. This offers you completely normal control of the device with a very nice interface. In addition, the Kinomap app can also be used. Real racing feeling on a real racing machine

The Taurus Indoor Cycle Racing Bike Z9 Pro offers the same setting options as a classic Indoor Cycle: in other words, practically all of them. First of all, there are the handlebars with their countless grip options: these include road bike or triathlon posture, for example, but also sitting upright. The handlebars can be adjusted horizontally as well as in height and as a result, perfectly adapt to your favourite training posture.

The saddle is a real road bike saddle and can be replaced like a real bike saddle. It is adjustable in height as well as in distance to the handlebar, in addition to this the inclination can be adjusted. The adjustment is stepless, but a scale is entered for orientation. So you can find your personal seat setting in no time.

Ich habe das Gerät als ein Upgrade für mein Darwin EVO 30 erworben, Hauptgründe: Exakte Einstellung des Widerstandes (wg Magnetbremse), stufenlose Einstellungen bzgl Sitzhöhe etc, ZWIFT Kompatibilität, mehr Metriken (Watt/Puls/Trittfrequenz etc). Dank des Teams in Berlin wurde mein Gerät auch dazu ertüchtigt, mit ZWIFT fahren zu können. Das Gerät ist sehr robust (vgl mit dem EVO 30) und ich bin im "Offline" Modus sehr zufrieden damit. Bei ZWIFT muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass man (im meinem Falle) den Widerstand nur über die App ändern kann - und auch nur im ERG Mode. Außerhalb des ERG Modes gilt: Wenn es den Berg hoch geht, wirds schwieriger. Aber in den Einstellungen kann man justieren, wie stark sich das auswirkt. Ich vermisse schon die Möglihckeit, direkt den Widerstand am Gerät zu ändern, sollte funktionieren, geht bei mir aber nicht. Liegt wohl eher am Softwaresupport von ZWIFT für die Hardware. Alles in Allem macht das mit ZWIFT trotzdem ne Menge Spass und ich fahre nur damit. Mein Polar Pulsgurt wurde problemlos erkannt (nicht nur in ZWIFT), und man kann auch mit der App Kinomap gut fahren... Ich mag Kinomap jedoch nicht so sehr, hatte oft Verbindungsprobleme, und man ist halt alleine unterwegs. ... [Read more]

Das Fahrrad wurde vom Paketdienst vermutlich wegen dem Gewicht vor dem Haus auf der Straße abgestellt. Wir haben dann das Paket zu zweit in meinen Fitnessraum getragen und das Fahrrad konnte ich dann alleine aufbauen. Lediglich das auspacken stellte meine Geduld etwas auf die Probe. Der Aufbau war bald erledigt. Seither sitze ich mehrmals wöchentlich am bike. Gerade jetzt nach meiner Operation des rechten Knies. Verwende es zur Zeit für die Rehabilitation. Freue mich aber schon wieder auf die Ausfahrten in der Natur. In der finsteren Jahreszeit, bei schlechtem Wetter und über den Winter wird dann das Trainingsbike wieder zum Zug kommen. ... I've choosen this bike after consultation with Fitshop (thank you for the chat) - and I must say it is fantastic. I am a fitness enthusiast but not a biking professional. The bike is indeed extremely quiet, offers a lot of adjustment possibilities as well as numerous good positions on the handle. Even with the standard build-in programs there plenty of options for workouts, etc. The integration with the cardio-band (cardiostrong comfort) works flawless and also the integration with Kinomap is working great and this a a very cool addition! To find one point of improvement: while a tablet or phone can be easily stored on the handle, the bike lacks a good bottle holder (well, I got one from other sources ;-) ). Wir haben längere Zeit mit dem Gedanken gespielt uns ein Indoor Fahrrad zuzulegen. Nach längerer Suche und einer sehr guten Empfehlung sind wir dann auf dieses Modell gestoßen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Fahrrand war leicht aufzubauen, funktioniert tadellos und ist für verschiedene Körpergrößen einstellbar (meine Frau knapp 1,80m, ich knapp 2m). Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und die Laufleistung hervorragend. Das Fahrrad ist kaum hörbar, was ein weiteres Plus ist. Die Abwicklung im Online Shop war sehr einfach und auch die Lieferung funktionierte ohne Probleme. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können Bike wie Online Shop sehr empfehlen.... [Read more]

Pros - Sehr stabiles Indoor Bike. Alle Klemmverbindungen, die man einstellen kann, passen 100%, bedürfen allerdings teils ordentlichen Krafteinsatz, um sie richtig fest zu bekommen. Allerdings hatte ich nirgendwo den üblichen Eindruck 'nach fest kommt ab' - alles ist sehr wertig verarbeitet und fühlt sich extrem fest verbunden an. - Laufgeräusche sind wirklich sehr niedrig. Mein altes Trainingsfahrrad mit Wirbelstrombremse war gefühlt 50 Mal lauter. - Tritt ist dank der relativ massiven Schwungscheibe sehr sehr rund, aber sicher auch weil ich die Klickpedale benutze. - Tolle Einstellmöglichkeiten des Stands. Kleine Bodenunebenheiten meines Parketts kann ich optimal ausgleichen. - Klasse Lenker mit sehr vielen Positionsmöglichkeiten. Allerdings muss man ihn schon ziemlich fest verriegeln, damit er sich nicht leicht mitbewegt. - Durchdachtes, aufs Wesentliche beschränktes Steuer-Panel. - Wunderbar unkompliziert funktionierende Konnektivität zu Brustgurt und Smartphone (dass das BT-Gerät als 'iconsole' angezeigt wird, stört mich anders als andere hier überhaupt nicht, denn selbst die dazu gehörige App nutzt diese Bezeichnung). - Steuerung über die Konsole des Fahrrads ist intuitiv und bietet alle Programme, die man so braucht - soweit ich das kurz getestet habe, denn ich verwende lieber die iconsole+-App und Kinomap. - Aufbau und Anleitung sind super-durchdacht und detailliert. Bis auf das Herausheben aus der Verpackung ist der Aufbau auch allein machbar. Selbst das notwendige Werkzeug ist für Menschen mit 2 linken Händen (wie mich) sortiert eingeschweißt und eindeutig bezeichnet (ich hätte es aber fast mit der Verpackung entsorgt, da es falsch herum in einem Karton lag und auf den ersten Blick wie der Kartonboden aussah). Cons - Sehr nachdenklich (weil das Teil in meinem Schlafzimmer steht, in dem ich wegen der niedrigen Außentemperaturen gerade bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafe) ist der leichte, aber schon deutlich wahrnehmbare Geruch nach Schmier-/Lösungsmittel. Ich hoffe wirklich sehr, dass das Einatmen nicht gesundheitsschädlich ist und der Geruch über die Zeit verschwindet. - Es fehlt eine Skala an der horizontalen Einstellung des Sattels, so dass man sich diese nicht einfach mit einem Wert merken kann. - Ist sicher Geschmacksache, aber der mitgelieferte Rennradsattel gefiel mir persönlich nicht. Ich habe ihn gegen ein bequemeres Modell ausgetauscht, was problemlos ging. - Die Abdeckungen der Gummirollen hinten am Standfuß haben keine eindeutige Einrastposition und sind daher im Gegenteil zur Bombenfestigkeit des restlichen Rades etwas wacklig. - An einer kleinen Stelle ist das silberne Kurbelgehäuse links punktuell schwarz angelaufen. Entweder ist dies Korrosion oder nicht ganz optimale Lackierung, was bei Schwarz nicht aufgefallen wäre, aber bei Silber schon bisschen schade ist. Am Ende sind die Cons (bis auf den Geruch) eher Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt ist das ein tolles Fahrrad mit sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, das mir gleich beim ersten Training viel Spaß gemacht hat.... [Read more]

Das Gerät ist mit der Verbindung zur Symbol -App zu verbinden gemeint. Die App ist aber eine Totale Katastrophe: überhaupt nicht nutzler freundlich, und total Total unzuverlässig. Hat bereits einmal aufgehört zu arbeiten (konnte sich nicht mehr mit dem Fahrrad verbinden) und es dauerte Monate, bis sie den Fehler behoben hatten. Jetzt hat es wieder aufgehört zu arbeiten, und das Fahrrad folgt dem in der App festgelegten Programm nicht mehr. Ohne die App ist das Fahrrad kaum nutzbar, nur die grundlegende Funktionalität funktioniert, und sehr schwerfällig.... [Read more]

Funktion ist wie beschrieben - insofern sind wir zufrieden. Bei den Belastungsstufen wächst der Widerstand allerdings sehr stark. Die höheren Stufen sind von uns als Amateure bisher daher nicht genutzt. Der Sattel ist für uns etwas zu hart, den werden wir noch austauschen. Ansonsten ist die Nutzung aber sehr schön, schweisstreibend und dabei angenehm leise. Aufbau des Gerätes war einfach und von einer Person problemlos zu machen.
