Varied training thanks to iFIT

With iFIT you have access to an almost infinite number of workouts! All you need to do is connect your smartphone or tablet, which you can easily place on the integrated tablet holder and you're ready to go. You can choose between global streaming of different tracks or studio classes with trainer accompaniment. Here, the ProForm Treadmill Sport 5.5 automatically adjusts the speed and incline to make your workout even more realistic.
