Weight bench set with preacher curl and leg module

Thanks to its scope of delivery, the Darwin Weight Bench FB90 offers a particularly large number of training options. The weight bench comes with a biceps curl attachment and a leg curler. These can be easily attached to the FB90 when required.

The curl attachment helps to perform biceps exercises more cleanly and therefore more effectively. You can train with barbells as well as dumbbells. For this purpose, the curl attachment has a small safety rest that you can use between training sets. The curl attachment has a thick, not too soft padding, which makes the workout comfortable.

Both leg curlers and extensors can be trained on the leg curler. You determine the weight yourself with weight discs. Ideally, you use the leg curler with 50 mm weight discs. Training with 30 mm discs is also possible if you remove the plastic attachment. Both curl attachment and leg curler can be plugged into the front of the weight bench. After training, both modules can be stored in the stand provided for this purpose.

The FB90 itself offers everything you need for free weight training. The backrest can be adjusted 7-fold in the inclination - so you can sit upright or also perform negative bench presses. In addition, the slope of the seat surface can be adjusted. A slightly tilted seat simply provides a little more stability for many exercises.

Beim Aufbau merkt man schon, dass die Qualität top ist. Alles sehr wertig, funktionell und robust. Was mich am meisten freut, ist das Beinteil, mit dem auch 1,95 große Jungs super zurechtkommen werden. An das Rudern am Beincurl muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber danach geht es sogar ganz gut. Einzig die Hantelablage vom Curlpult (das natürlich auch top ist..) könnte breiter sein oder anders konzipiert, damit auch SZ-Stangen sicher liegen.

Sehr hochwertige, stabile Bank mit super Zubehör. Habe alleine innerhalb von etwa 1,5 Stunden alles aufgebaut. Die Verarbeitung ist top und auch bei schwerem Gewicht steht sie sehr sicher. Endlich auch Beinbeuger und Beinstrecker zuhause trainieren, ich bin begeistert von der Bank! Vielen Dank auch an das Sport-Tiedje Team Aachen für den super Service und die gute Beratung!

Zu meinem Cage wollte ich unbedingt noch eine neue Hantelbank inkl. Beincurl-Funktion. Das Angebot hier war aus meiner Sicht überzeugend. Bei der Lieferung gab es über DHL einige Problem inkl. beschädigtem Karton und dadurch Kratzern auf der Bank. Sport Tiedje bot hier unkompliziert einen Austausch der verkratzten Teile an. Diese war mir aber den Aufwand nicht Wert. Zur Bank: Wirkt extrem hochwertig, viele Verstellmöglichkeiten. Die Anleitung selber an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas holprig aber kein Problem. Die Zubehörteile für Curls sind prima. Die Größe eher wuchtig, dadurch aber halt auch sehr bequem und stabil. Tolles Produkt mit hoher Qualität. Punktabzug nur für die leichten Lieferprobleme und die Anleitung. Tendenz 4,5 Sterne.... [Read more]
