Hallo, ich hatte schon vor einigen Jahren diese Tubes, grün und rot, gekauft und die leben immer noch. Habe deshalb nochmal nachgelegt mit einem kompletten Satz, gelb, grün für meine Frau und rot und blau für mich. Faszinierend ist, daß man damit alle Muskelgruppen trainieren kann und man muss keine schweren Hanteln mitschleppen, wenn man zu. B. einen längeren Urlaub macht. Die Tubes mit Kunststoffgriff finde ich für mich persönlich besser, da ich Trainingshandschuhe trage. Man muss halt testen, ob man so oder mit Schaumstoffgriff besser zurecht kommt. ... [Read more]
