Jeg har igennem længere tud overvejet køb af er balance pad - valget blev Airex Balance Pad Elite - efter at jeg havde læst gode anmeldelser på ‘ nettet’. Fitshop havde en god pris - så blev det købt ! Leveringen foregik superhurtigt - og allerede på leveringsdagen havde jeg det første træningspas på en 50 min. Til fuld tilfredshed ! Mine første øvelse var med min medicinbold - øvelserne er blevet udvidet med de balance øvelser - vel illustreret og beskrevet - som fulgte med balance pad. For at kunne udføre - og få glæde og gode resultater - af flere af de nye ‘ øvelser agter jeg at købe et ekstra elite pad - alternativ det lidt større X-Large …. Det må da blive spændende! ... Die Matte ist an sich sehr gut. Sie ist weich und ich lerne darauf gut das gehen. Ich nutze sie beispielweise um meine 10.000 Schritte pro Tag voll zu bekommen. So trainiere ich auch noch abends zuhause sehr gut. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, da die Matte auf meinem Parkettboden beim gehen sehr gern mitwandert.
